Dr. Alexandros Sarantakos is a Swiss-trained and board-certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist. After completing his residency program in gynecology and obstetrics in Swiss hospitals, including the maternity unit at the CHUV (Lausanne University Hospital), he obtained the FMH diploma in Gynecology and Obstetrics. As a former Chief Resident, he gained solid experience in the management of both gynecological and obstetrical cases.
With a special interest in reproductive medicine and gynecological endocrinology, Dr. Sarantakos earned a postgraduate degree in Gynecology of Infertility and Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) from Paris Descartes University, Hôpital Cochin. He also completed further postgraduate training in collaboration with leading ART centers in Athens.
After professional experience in both Switzerland and Greece, Dr. Sarantakos continues to provide high-quality, personalized care in gynecology and obstetrics. He manages a wide range of women’s health concerns throughout the different stages of life, including preventive screening, contraception, fertility disorders, pregnancy follow-up, management of sexually transmitted infections, as well as menopausal care.
